Shipping:
I Am Home endeavour to process and ship all online orders by the next business day.
All New Zealand orders will be shipped by courier with NZ Post.
All international orders will be shipped by courier with DHL.
For international orders, please allow 3-14 business days, and note additional taxes and duties may apply.
For any special delivery instructions, please include these in the notes section during checkout.
Taxes & Duties:
International orders may incur additional fees and duties. The responsibility for any custom duties, taxes or additional fees which may be imposed rest solely with the customer. Please contact your local customs office to find out if your order will incur fees prior to completing your online purchase.
Exchanges:
We accept exchanges for full priced items purchased online within 7 days of receipt of goods. We do not offer exchanges on any discounted items, gift cards or purchases made using promotional discounts.
Refunds & Returns:
We offer refunds on full priced items purchased online within 7 days of receipt of goods. Items must be in original condition and include original packaging. Once your refund is processed the original payment method will be refunded in full for the value of the item(s) returned excluding shipping costs of the order. We do not offer refunds on any discounted items, including any promotional discounts. We recommend sending returns using a tracked option as I Am Home is not responsible for any lost packages or the cost of return shipping. Once your refund has been processed, depending on your payment method, please allow 3 business days for this to appear in your account.
Faulty Items:
If your items arrives damaged this needs to be reported within 7 days of receipt for replacement, repair or refunds. If your items has a manufacturing fault after use, this needs to be reported within 3 months of purchased for repair if possible, or replacement. Please note that items which have been damaged as a result of incorrect care or general wear and not considered to be faulty.
